Empire & Chrysler
2 flapper dresses inspired by the competing Art Deco architecture of New York City.
Inspired by the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building, these two dresses reinterpret Art Deco architecture through 1920s flapper style silhouettes. The designs reflect the bold lines, symmetry and ambition of the era.
Both work in tandem, celebrating the competitive pursuit for power and prestige that defines one of New York's most iconic architectural rivalries.
Both pieces are handcrafted using sustainable recycled cotton cord, reinforcing the commitment to responsible material use while transforming architectural form into wearable structure.
