A vibrant ongoing collection of abstract handwoven tapestries. Each piece sparked by a fleeting thought, quirky feeling or spontaneous idea. Each tapestry tells a whimsical story inviting viewers to explore the intersection of humor, randomness and the tactile art of weaving.
This series was born out of a desire to repurpose the fashion waste from Mr Macramè’s garments, more specifically, reworking the mid-length cotton cord off cut’s. The ongoing collection challenges traditional material use transforming leftover elements from garment production into new woven works of art.
